Just wanted to thank you for not only installing a new Water Heater for my wife and I but for working so quickly, friendly and professionally despite the “flood” of calls following last weeks heavy rains. You could have easily brushed us aside or given up on our water heater problems (as it took 2 days to look at with no luck) but even went as far as not charging us for the 2nd day of looking at it. I can’t believe they finished in one day! There was so much work that needed to be done. They called in “reinforcements” in order to get finished and before I knew it, CFU was inspecting. On Tuesday 12/8/2009 at about 10pm I found that I wasn’t getting any heat in our house, so I called your office in hope of getting some help from you. To be brief, about 1 1/2 hours later your serviceman Brian Mitchell was at our door, after getting stuck in the snow and getting your company truck to get there. We discussed our problem it was that snow blocked our air intake on our roof. We were in a bad snow storm and very cold wind. I asked him what he had to do, he said he would need to get on the roof & unblock the air intake line. Boy that was easy to say but tough to believe. Brian had a very good “Can do” and “Get it done” attitude and he began his huge job. He can tell you how he got it all done if you an hour to hear the story, but let me tell you he did one heck of a very huge job in record time and not one complaint about the cold or snow. I could go on with the details of the night, but when Brian left our house about 1am I know he was cold, tired and ready to get back to his home. I think Brian did a very very good job and sure is the employee of the month for your company!
